Dr. Constant has been in the educational arena for twenty-three years.   During this time, she taught grades two and three, served as assistant principal of Greensboro East High School and Greensboro Middle School, as well as, the instructional leader of Akron Community School.  During her tenure at Akron, the students’ graduation rate increased from 68% to 100%. For these efforts, she received the Hale County Instructional Leadership Recognition Award.  Dr. Constant was the instructional leader of Greensboro High School, where the graduation rate increased from 73% to 86% in one year.  Because of her expectations and exemplary leadership skills, the school’s culture changed and the school was removed from the Alabama State Department of Education Failure List.
