Recruitment, Training and Retention Subcommittee Update

The Recruitment, Training and Retention Subcommittee has continued to meet via Zoom. They are in the process of examining historic staffing and retention data to explore where we’re losing officers to other departments. This month they started their deep dive into salary and benefits with an overview of pay structure, pay increases and salaries at comparable departments. Next month they’ll begin discussing the Police Pension Fund.
